Great Review,…….
Great review. Love the expressions and description. We head over to the Dogfish Head Brewery about twice a year and I always start out with a snifter (thats how they serve it) of the 120.
Mike,
This is something I’ve always wanted to try but never sought out. I love a variety of beers but I don’t tend to like the extreme hoppy ones.
I really like the Dogfish Head 60 Min IPA. After watching this review I might just have to run out and pick up a case. I’ll think of it as the newborn baby brother to the 120 minute, as opposed to the baby brother that would be the 90 minute.

Walt,
Surprisingly you get more of the sweet marmalade-orange thing than hop flower. Either way, it’s a good thing you listen to metal. It will help preserve your face when you drink this stuff
I know this review is an old one, but just wanted to recommend you try the Dogfish Head World Wide Stout if you haven’t already. This beer is about $12/bottle, comes in at 18% abv, and has some extreme maltiness that I have never tasted in any other brew.
